Impact

Engineered,
not donated

NFD Classic measures success by the transformation of the communities where our hubs stand. Impact here is not a programme beside the business. It is how the business is built.

The 20% mandate

An inclusive workforce is a high-performance workforce

Every NFD Classic hub operates with a mandatory 20% inclusion rate for persons with disabilities. We design for it: accessible workstations engineered in from hub setup, adaptive digital training, and an academy built with captions, audio descriptions and screen-reader support.

Waste to wealth

A disposal cost becomes a revenue line

Our production line runs as a circular economy. 100% of clean off-cuts are shredded into regenerated fiberfill and remade as NFD Comfort: pillows, cushions and eco-friendly home goods. At full network scale, more than 2,500 tonnes of textile waste stay out of landfills every year.

Ownership that ends up local

Wealth that stays in the community that produced it.

Our Shari’ah-compliant financing is designed to finish in local hands. Through Diminishing Musharakah, hub operators buy back investor units over time until the hub belongs fully to the people who run it. By Year 5 we project 5,000 jobs across 100 hubs, a thousand of them held by persons with disabilities.

Numbers, in public

A mandate you cannot verify is only a slogan

Our website will carry a live impact dashboard, because measurement is built in. For grant-makers and development partners funding disability inclusion or green innovation, our hubs are ready-made delivery infrastructure.
